Student Services Centre 

The University’s Student Services Centre is located near the library and provides information to all students with specific advice to international students on a range of topics such as finance, immigration, student cards, exams and graduation.

The Atrium 

The Atrium is located in University Place This student-centered space is your first port-of-call with general advice and guidance, also being able to offer more specific advice on Careers and international study.

Students’ Union Advice Centre 

Independent and professional advisors can offer guidance on welfare and academic issues with knowledge of the needs of particular student groups. The Students’ Union also offers a safe place to study and relax with the primary focus being the wellbeing of students.

Student Occupational Health Service 

The Occupational Health Service does not provide primary medical or accident and emergency care. This service to students and staff offers referrals, health monitoring where it is required for studies and travel advice. Located on Oxford Road, the service can provide invaluable advice regarding your health that may affect your studies. 

Disabled Students’ Support 

Located on the second floor of University Place is the Disability Support Office for students and staff. Here you can book an appointment to have a confidential chat and to arrange a University Support Plan meeting where your needs can be met most effectively.

Counselling 

Located in Crawford House, the counselling service offers confidential guidance on issues that may affect you well-being, relationships, sexuality, work, mental health and self-esteem. Individual counselling is a free service to all students and staff of the University as well as course and workshops that can help with personal development including coping with issues. Prayer rooms

There are designated prayer rooms on campus that students and staff are welcome to make use of.
